Tweaked Muscle

I don't know how, but I tweaked my neck/ shoulder rotator muscle. I keep trying to stretch it out or pop it, but it's not working. I hope it disappears tomorrow.

Lunch today -> Pad Thai.
I went to Kanata Noodle House and got some Pad Thai to go.  I got the D3 with both chicken and shrimp.  It was pretty good, but it wasn't spicy at all.  I guess if I ate it there, I could use the hot sauces at the tables.

Dinner today -> Leftovers.
Threw into a bowl leftover rice, chicken leg, potatoes and tomatoes.  Nuked it until it was warm.
