Saturday March 10 is "Mario Day", because it looks like Mario when you type it like this "MAR10". Be sure to eat your 1-up mushrooms and watch out for the poison ones!
Useless Hockey Pool News:
For those of you in my hockey pools, next week is the last week of regular season. Playoffs begin right after that and all "Moves" will be reduced/increased to "5". Top 6 are in the Playoffs, while bottom 6 are in the Consolation Playoffs.
Useless Idol News:
NHK is broadcasting the Earthquake concert, "Concert to Tomorrow", on Mar 10 4pm JPN. That would be Mar 9 2am EST. I'm hoping I get it on TV Japan. AKB48, SKE48, SMAP, Perfume, etc will perform.
AKB48 won 4 awards at the Billboard Japan Music Awards 2011 last weekend, including Artist of the Year.
