Defrosted some cooked shrimp and made a simple dinner. Sliced up some lettuce and put the shrimp on it. Then added some oyster sauce. Finally I finished it off by cooking some vegetable oil and pouring the hot oil over the shrimps. (Cooking the oil changes the flavour.)
