I marinated some chicken liver over night in Cha Siu sauce and some soy sauce. I braised them in the oven today (3 mins a side). They came out pretty good. I should have used a rack as I wanted them more roasted and less wet. Ate the savoury liver with a sweet honeycrisp apple. The combo actually works.

There is a Dead of Winter Parody on Youtube (and ripped below). It's really good. When you play the Dead of Winter game a few times, you'll know who these characters are and get all the jokes & references to the game rules (ie gas cans for secret objective, taking out the trash, Mall Santa's sacrificing ability, the asian girl is the 2+/2+ lawyer, etc).
