Day 2 of 2 days of stress is done. It wasn't that bad actually (at least for me it wasn't). Still, it was a long 2 days, especially when the air conditioning doesn't work in the meeting room on +38C days!
Dinner today -> 7 Chicken Thigh Rice.
Got home today and made and easy dinner: Chick Rice. I washed the rice, put it in the rice cooker, topped it with some chicken thighs, and sprinkled a good amount of salt on them. Press Cook and Poof... done in 45mins.

It's really tasty and I recommend it. The rice soaks in all the chicken flavour and is lightly salted. It was a little oily. If I took off the chicken skin, it would be less oily, but chicken skin is yummy :)
