Dinner today -> Chicken Congee.
I went back to Metro today and got the Tuesday Special: a Mammoth Chicken for $6.99. I shredded all the meat into 2 bowls: 1 for the congee tonight and 1 for later to make chicken salad sandwiches.

The Congee was good, but it actually had too much chicken in it. I put some preserve duck egg and green onion in it too.
