I sectioned some potatoes and some garlic cloves, and roasted them in the oven. Just salt and pepper on the steak. So good :)

Useless NHL News:
The 2012 NHL Lottery was Tuesday night. Montreal had a chance to move up and get first overall pick, but ended up with #3. Edmonton won and moved up to get #1 again this year, over Columbus. EDM now have had #1 pick 3 years in a row! I wonder if they will trade it for a goalie?
