My mom's birthday dinner was Rideau Takeout (Fish Fried Rice, Beef Chow Mein, Dry Fried Beef Rice Noodles, Shrimp in Egg Sauce on Rice Noodles, Cantonese Chow Mein, and Singapore Noodles).
