Up-Side-Down Ghost Shrimp

Dinner today -> Pork Loin.
Defrosted a garlic and herb pork loin last night.  I slice it into medallions and pan cooked them.  I picked 1 finger egg plant and fried it in the drippings.  I didn't have any greens or rice handy to add to the meal, so I added Pink Lady apple slices.

Not sure why people say apples go well with pork, because it didn't.

Useless Aquarium News:
I added a feeding ring to my fish tank a couple months ago, and now my ghost shrimp have learned to go the hang up-side-down on it and wait to be feed.  The pic is abit blurry but 4 shrimp are in it (3 smaller males and 1 female).
