Congee with Abalone

Dinner today -> Congee.
Made congee tonight.  I added almost 1/3 a BBQ chicken, mini-portabello mushrooms, preserved egg, red onions, and sliced abalone!  For the base I used some dashi, abit of salt, and white pepper.  The congee came out really well.  Very tasty and rich.  I was thinking of adding oysters, but the pot had more ingredients than congee already.

Useless Shopping News:
All Ottawa Targets will close April 1st, except for the St.Laruent store.  Looks like all leftover items will be consolidated there.
