I shredded 1/2 a whole BBQ chicken from Costco by hand. Took me 1/2hr but it was worth it. Then mixed in both Miracle Whip (for the tanginess) and Hellmann's Mayonnaise (for the creaminess). Also added some black pepper and chopped red onions. Could have used some lettuce and tomatoes but I didn't have any.
