Extreme Neon Green Soba

Some guy was going door to door, saying he was representing farmers that don't use drugs on their animals. He was taking orders for free samples that will be delivered Wednesday. Score! Free meat :)

Dinner today -> Spinach Soba and Korean Short Ribs.
Cooked the last of the short ribs. 4 days of marinating and they were awesome.
I also made some cold spinach soba noodles. After cooking them, they were an extreme neon green colour. I'm not sure if that's a good sign of quality...

I read that the AKB48 family/organization donated 500,000,000 Yen today (about $5 Million US).

The "AKB48 Request Hour Set List Best 100 2011 LIVE at SHIBUYA-AX" DVD Box-set is suppose to be released this week, but I'm not sure if it will be postponed like all the other AKB activities/merchandise.
