Weekend Report: Happy Birthday Evelyn!!!

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY EVELYN!!!

We all got together at my cousins house for a big feast, to celebrate Evelyn's 1st birthday.
The appetizers:
Appetizers.
The main course: (clockwise from top-left: Chinese greens, mussels, shrimp & scallop in white sauce, baby bok choi, BBQ wings, mussels, sliced steak, yellow duck, salmon, beef kabobs, and yellow chicken, and pork hock.
Main Courses.
My plate #1 had abit of everything.  The steak was perfect medium rare, salmon was well cooked, but the best was the shrimp & scallop in white sauce.  It was really good on rice.

Dessert was birthday cake.
Birthday Cake.
Inside was layers of chocolate cake and a thick layer of milk chocolate cream.  Soooo good!  I need to know who made this cake!

Sunday I made pork side-ribs in the pressure cooker.  Finished in the oven after glazing with No Limits BBQ sauce.
