The pot roast shredded up like pulled pork and soaked up the gravy nicely. It went well with my pilaf.

Useless Movie News:
Finally got around to watching Captain America: The First Avenger. Now I'm ready for the new one in a couple weeks. The movie did a good job describing the back story. The ending could have been more exciting, but it is the expected ending to link to Avengers.
