Dinner today -> Meat Sauce Rice.
Cooked some ground beef, mushrooms, and onions in pan with some beef broth and sour cream to make a meat sauce.

Mixed and serve. Needed some green onion for garnish but I didn't have any.

Useless Hockey Pool News:
My team got drafted last night in my Yahoo Hockey Pool. I think my team is pretty good. It's full of multi-position players :) I think I need a 3rd goalie, incase Crawford or Miller get hurt and because BUF is not going to get alot of wins this year.
