Statically, we should have won tonight, but we lost to the last place team, Lockheed Martin, 21-11. I don't know what's going on. We play pretty well verses the good teams, but we breakdown against the weaker teams. While catching, the umpire even told me that they normally never hit this well and score this many runs.
I hit 3-for-4 tonight: 2 singles and a double.
Lunch today -> Short Ribs with Beans and Tomatoes.
Quickly threw this together when I came home for lunch.

I think this should be my signature dish. This combo works so good together.
