HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRANDPA!!!
Went to Chu Shing in Chinatown for dinner on Sunday night. Dinner was at 6pm, right when Game 6 between Ottawa and Montreal started. Good thing the restaurant had thier TV and both projectors tuned into the game. Bad thing was my back was facing one projector, another projector was blocked by a big speaker, and 3/4ths of the TV was blocked by the bar.
We got 10 dishes for dinner. We started with my favorite fish maw soup.

Then the dished started coming out fast: seafood with celery (boo), tender sweet & sour steak, salt & pepper shrimp, baby bok choi, sweet & sour porkchop, fish, whole roasted chicken, fried tofu with shrimp ball, and my favorite taro duck.

Afterwards, we had cake. Not 1, but 3 cakes. T&T's mango cake, T&T's chestnut cake, and I made a cheese cake with whipped nutella topping and dusting of oreo cookie.

I also made ribs on Friday. Pressure cooked it for 30mins, brushed them with No Limits BBQ sauce, and finished them in the oven; braised for 3 mins on both sides. The came out well.
