No Sweep

Dinner today -> Stew
Made stew in my new Pressure Cooker.  I turned out OK.  I put too much liquid in.  I probably put the same amount when I make it with a pot, but none of the water evaporates away.  I made the stew with beef, sausage, organic carrots, onions, 3 colour mini-potatoes, and garlic.  Finished it by stirring in a couple scrambled eggs. 

Pressure Cooked Stew.

The stew beef was really tender after only 1hr, but I think when I make it my way over 2 days, it tastes better.

Stew on Instant Rice.

Useless Hockey News:
Watched game 4 of the Montreal-Ottawa series.  It was a fast paced game with very few stoppages.  Ottawa won in the end 1-0.  Too bad no sweep by Montreal.  Game 5 is Friday.
