Not nuch going on today, but I read this interesting bit of news. Apparently instant coffee tastes better when you mix it with a bit of cold water before you add the hot water! This is due to science. I think I'll have give this a try.

I want to get this sushi snow globe. Salmon roe sushi is my favorite sushi.
