Re-heated the leftover red curry from yesterday. It tasted extra good today, since the crab and chicken have been soaking in the curry over night and absorb the spicy flavours. The chicken meat shredded off the bone easily too, as it was twice cooked now.

Useless TV News:
Looks like RocketNews24 is indicating that the new Street Fighter TV series will be airing soon. It looks really cool. I saw it on KickStarter a long time ago, but I didn't back it because it was cancelled. The director say the series will follow true Street Fighter source material and won't be "Hollywoodizing" it. This is the official site and the Street Fighter: Legacy promo video is seen there or below.
