Fixed Cracked Tooth?

Went to the dentist today.  I had cracked my tooth and it was killing me since Sunday.  It was throbbing and aching alot; and I couldn't chew with the right-side of my mouth.  I even had to keep the right side of my face elevated to sleep.  It hurt so much that I woke up in the middle of the night to brush my teeth with Sensodyne toothpaste to relieve the pain (which worked).
Hopefully it's fixed now, but currently it still aches, but not as bad.

Snack yesterday -> Cake.
Picked up a 50% off Chocolate Pecan with Creamy Caramel cake from Loblaws.  It was totally worth $2.25.

Dinner today -> Discount Bayshore Food.
Went to Bayshore with Peter after gaming tonight.  We waited around for BOGO Free sushi.  I also got some discount Chinese food from Shanghai 360 and Manchu Wok.

Played 3-player Dominion after work with James and Peter today.  We played 3 games and we each won a game.

Weekend Report -> Double Rideau

Food this weekend ->
Went to Rideau on Friday with CMC Boyz.  We got 10 dishes good stuff, and surprisingly not every dish was meat.  We actually had alot of vegetables.

Relatives from MTL were in town this weekend.  We had Rideau takeout for lunch at my parent's and then went to Joe's for dinner.  We were eating non-stop :)  Dinner spread was good.  Joan's chicken yellow curry was good.  Maybe I'll make some too this week.

Lots of dessert too.  Dino brought a Frutii de Bosco from MTL and I made lemon cheesecake.  We also had alot of fruit, sugarless blueberry pie, and eclairs.

We played 5-player Dominion after work today.  By the time we were done it was after 8:10pm, so Peter and I decided to go to Bayshore to get some End of Day "2-for-1" sushi boxes.  I picked up 4 boxes.

I ate the Bento Box and the Love Roll for a late dinner.  But as I write this blog entry, I think I will eat another box and save the 4th box for lunch on Thursday.

Useless Food News:
Ribfest started today on Sparks Street.  Reza went at lunchtime today and brought back some.  It looked really good.  I'm thinking of going but I keep thinking the Big Bone BBQ Monday deal is better.  The only difference is that I want the Camp31 sauce on the ribs.

Pulled Calf Muscle

Useless Softball News:
Strike Fighters lost 14-17 to Brew Jays tonight.  We weren't at our best tonight but we kept it close.  I pulled a calf muscle in the 2nd inning running to 3rd base.  I couldn't stretch properly before the game because the grass and benches were wet.  So it cost me and I had to pull myself from the game in the 2nd inning.
I hit 1-for-1 with a single tonight.

Katie, Peter, and I also finished "EXIT: Secret Lab" Friday morning too.  I highly recommend this EXIT game.  Good puzzles.  We finished with 9 stars.
There was a going away party at Jack Astors for Katie, Tim, and Guillaume after work on Friday.  I got their Pulled Pork Southern Fries.

Over Sauced and Salty Fries.

It looked good, but it did NOT taste good.  There was hardly any pulled pork on the fries and there was way too much sauce on it.  It was also very salty.  I tried to tell Carlos not to get it, but it was too late. 

On Sunday, for Father's Day and my birthday, we went to Sea King for dinner.  The dinner was OK.  The stuff my mom ordered wasn't as good as I expected.  The sweet & sour pork was meh.  It was full of filler and lacked flavour.  The seafood with snow peas plate was also meh and full of celery filler (When my mom offered grandfather some snow peas, the spoon had 1 snow pea and 5 celery in it.  When I said it was just celery, Susanna and Ben said it was fine.  No it wasn't.  Idiots.  In the end he didn't eat the celery.).  The sweet fried beef plate was also meh as was the duck dish.  Everything lacked something and looked very cheap.  I ate because I was hungry, but was super disappointed with the meal.  I did enjoy the fried fish in corn sauce.

I think we should have gone to Rideau Restaurant or insisted buffet instead of Sea King.  Only didn't go to buffet because of Ben, but it wasn't his choice.

Picked up Wave 2 Deluxes of Transformers: Power of the Primes.  Still missing Leader class Elita-1 and Hungrrr.

Lunch today -> Ox Head.
Steve, Ed and I went to Ox Head for lunch.  Since it was my birthday, I had to get noodles.  We all got V13 Ox Head Vermicelli.  It was really good.

Becky got me a big Chester Cheetah plush.  I think it's kind of rare!

Apparently Katie came by in the morning and secretly put her minion plushy there.  Friday is her last day at CMC and she's giving me her minion a new home at my desk :)

Useless Gaming News:
Peter, Katie and I played EXIT: Secret Lab this afternoon.  It's an escape room in a box.  This game is fun.  The puzzles are good.  The suggested play time is 1-2hrs and well longer than an escape room.  And YES you will destroy some of the game parts.  The only bad thing I could find, is that the puzzles are linear.  You must do them in order and nothing was done in parallel.

After an hour, Peter had to leave, so we paused the game.  I think we are 3-4 puzzles away from finishing and we will do that Friday. 
I would recommend this for any 3 person group that doesn't have alpha-male personalities.  I think 4 players will be abit too crowded, but could work.  I had the most experience with escape games, but I didn't run the game.  We all contributed to solving the puzzles, as Peter and Katie think differently than me.
