Lunch today -> Pulled Pork.
Went back to Farmboy and got more pulled pork and discount buns.  Today's buns were egg and onion buns.  I also got some red onion, cheddar cheese, and broccoli.  Simple cheap lunch.

Useless Medical News:
I bought this "Thera Pearl Pal" a while ago and kept in my desk drawer.  I used it today on my back (it felt better than yesterday but still ached).  I heated it up in the microwave for 15 seconds, and put it on my back.  This little thing is awesome!  The heat felt good.  I kept reheating it and used it all day.  I went and bought the bigger version after work.

Woke up with a sore back today.  Don't know what I did?  It was aching all day.  Maybe it's related to the rainy weather today?  I'm starting to feel it in my bones?

Lunch today -> Pulled Pork Sandwiches.
Got some discount buns and fresh pulled pork from FarmBoy at lunch time.  Made some mini-pulled pork sandwiches and devoured them.

Dinner today -> Beef Brisket Rice.
I cooked rice with a small bowl of beef brisket and daikon from T&T.  Cooked it all in the rice cooker.  It came out good :)  Just need to top it with a bit of oyster sauce.

Hockey starts today.  Saw this tweet by the LA Kings, but I'm not sure if it is real or photoshopped?  The Kings are rubbing-in the 3-0 blown lead by the SJ Sharks?  They happen to be playing each other in the LA home opener too.

Sky Byte and Roadbuster

Dinner today -> Beef Chow Mein.
The Sushi House was closed this week for vacation, so I got Chinese food at Rideau Restaurant.  Got some Schezwan Beef and Beef Chow Mein.  Destroyed the schezwan beef and saved the beef chow mein for dinner.

Went to Target before going Rideau.  Found the new Sky Byte and Roadbuster.  Picked up a set for myself and a set for Gordon.

Not-So-Vegetarian Pizza

Lunch today -> Pizza and Salad
Had a pizza and salad lunch meeting today.  It was catered by the cafeteria.  The pizza was good.  We had 1 meat lovers, 1 vegetarian, and 2 all-dressed.  There was lots leftover so I took 3 slices and 2 containers of salad home for dinner. 

The surprise was the vegetarian pizza.  There was lots of veggies on it, but under all the veggies, it was laced with a good layer of pepperoni!?!?  LOL

Spaghetti with fatty pork.  Seasoned with oyster sauce, black pepper, and garlic chives.

I finally got my new phone.  I got the Telus exclusive Motorola Moto X (2nd Gen).  I just got released on Wednesday and I got it for free!  Apparently I had a $100 credit on my account :)  It's and android phone and it is uber-fast!

Went home for lunch today.  Decided to make some sunny-side-up eggs with toast and mock chicken.  Watched a new Running Man episode while eating at my computer.

Useless Hockey Pool News:
I auto-drafted a pretty good team this year.  I was 2nd pick.  I got Stamkos in the 1st round, then 2 starting goalies in Crawford and Fleury.  I also managed to get both Sedin twins!  I expect a rebound year for them.  Also getting forwards St.Louis, Carter, Richards, and defensemen Burns and Markov doesn't hurt either.  I probably move Dennis Wideman for a more offensive defenseman that shoots more.

Speaking of Markov.  When I was watching a live stream of Music Station 3hr Special last Friday, I noticed one of the people chatting was Andrei Markov!  I found it amusing that at 8am in the morning, it might have been possible for the Montreal Canadien star defenseman to be watching AKB48 too.  (I'm not saying it was really him.)

Anyways, AKB48 performed a special medley with a Prince and Disney Princess theme.  Kashiwagi did her habitual wink when she had her closeup at around 4:35.  Cute.

No More Food Trucks

Lunch today -> Ribs
No more food trucks for the Kanata Community Hub.  I guess it only lasted for the summer.  Too bad.  It should have continued until it atleast snowed.  The gym people were still showing up.  Anyways, I went home instead and ate some leftover ribs from Camp31 for lunch.

Dinner today -> KFC over Chinese Greens.
Boiled some gai-lan greens and finished them with some oyster sauce and cooked vegetable oil.  The cooked oil makes a big difference in the taste.  Topped it with a couple pieces of KFC chicken.
