Useless CMC News:
I started getting a headache in the afternoon. I thought it might be because I didn't have my caffeine fix from morning cup of green tea (I ran out of tea bags and subbing hot chocolate doesn't work). But when I left CMC to go home at 6:30, my headache disappeared. I think I just needed fresh air. The air near my cube has been stuffy because of the construction and painting.

Dinner today -> Teriyaki Turkey Wings.
Boiled some turkey wings in teriyaki sauce. The wings were on sale at Farmboy for only $1.98.

Garlic Chives and Liver Don

Dinner today -> Garlic Chives and Liver Don.
Garlic chives is on sale at T&T, so I made some garlic chives with liver on rice. Pretty good, but I put in abit too much potato starch, so the sauce was too thick.

They moved the printers to the furthest possible spot from my desk today. It totally sucks.
Also, they built a meeting room where the printers used to be. I thought it was going to be my new office ;) Maybe someday, but that room was too small for me and my toys anyways.

I made some congee with BBQ pork, preserved duck eggs, and lots of Chinese mushrooms. I sliced some of the mushrooms and star marked some others :)

Got a package in the mail. I finally got my Limited "AKB48 Yoshaa Ikuzo! in Seibu Dome Special DVD box set" with bonus. It's a 3 day concert on 6 DVDs plus 1 Making of disc. My bonus is a plastic Mariko envelope.

Weekend Report: Cornish Hens

Food this weekend ->
Chicken Teriyaki sauce was on sale at T&T. I picked up some bottles and defrosted some cornish hens I had in the freezer. I boiled the hens in 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce and 2 bottles of water. Really good and moist.

Went to check out the new IKEA. It's huge. The weird thing is that there are escalators at the entrance and exit, but there isn't an escalator in the middle where you need to change floors.
