Weekend Report: Cornish Hens

Food this weekend ->
Chicken Teriyaki sauce was on sale at T&T. I picked up some bottles and defrosted some cornish hens I had in the freezer. I boiled the hens in 1 bottle of teriyaki sauce and 2 bottles of water. Really good and moist.

Went to check out the new IKEA. It's huge. The weird thing is that there are escalators at the entrance and exit, but there isn't an escalator in the middle where you need to change floors.
Didn't buy anything, just some hotdogs.

Dinner today -> Wings.
I got 3 more boxes of Louisiana Chicken Wings from M&M Meats and cooked 1 box for dinner. The wings are good, but they are even better when dipped into McDonald's McNugget BBQ sauce or Renee's Caesar dressing :)

499 Bux Elevator

The 1st day back to work was tough. My body was used to staying up til 4am and waking up around 1pm. So waking up at 7:30am was rough, especially when I kept the TV on all night, half watching the "Corner Gas" marathon and half sleeping :)

Dinner today -> Lasagna.
M&M Meats still has their Christmas Sale on until Thursday Jan 5th. There were 2 items I wanted: Wings and Lasagna.

Woke up at 5am this morning (I only went to bed at 3:30am) to watch Kohaku. I played Skyrim while watching the performances.
