Mmm... Pirate Cookies. These Canadian cookies were invented in Toronto in 1858ish. It's pretty much smooth peanutbutter sandwiched between 2 oatmeal cookies. They're really good. I hear rumors they are even better dunked in milk. I'll need to try that.

Dinner today -> Congee.
Had some ground pork in the fridge I needed to use, so I made some congee for dinner. Added the pork, shitake mushrooms, and some preserved eggs.
