Red Congee

Dinner today -> Red Congee.
Stayed at work til 11pm tonight, but took a break to go home to make a big pot full of congee with shitake mushrooms and browned ground pork.
Red and White Congee.
I decided to split half of the batch into a smaller pot and mix in a big spoon full of red pepper paste to make it spicy.  It gave it a nice little kick and was really good!  Stirred in a raw egg too to make it smoother too.

Useless Toy News:
Ordered one of these KITT USB chargers for the car :)  Hopefully it'll show up in a couple weeks.
