Dinner today -> Broccoli and Steak

Got a hockey draft tonight for the CMC hockey pool. For energy, I made some steak and broccoli for dinner. Made some Andy's Secret Sauce (aka ASS) for the steak too. LOL, thanks Peter. To make it, in the pan where the steak was cooked, add ketchup, some Worcester sauce, and little soy sauce. Heat on max, mix it together while scrapping the steak bits off the pan. When the sauce bubbles, it's done.
