I made some lamb chops from Walmart for dinner. It was 10 frozen lamb chops for $20. Never bought these before, but it was really good. Made 3 chops with some green beans and some roasted potatoes and carrots.

Susanna sent me this link about some vegetable that can regrow after being cut. I might do it for the scallions and garlic.
