Bacon Wrapped Oysters

Lunch today -> Sushi.
Went to Target to check for new Transformers and discount chocolate.  No new Transformers, but I got a few bags of mini-Reese Peanut Butter Cups for $1.94.  Since I was at Hazeldean Mall, I got sushi from Sushi House.  So much good sushi for a really good price.

Dinner today -> Bacon Wrapped Oysters.
I was reading some articles today and saw a pic of bacon wrapped oysters skewers on a grill.  Right away I had to have it for dinner.  I didn't skewer mine or cook it on a grill.  I just put frozen oysters wrapped in bacon on a rack and broiled them in the oven.

Raw Bacon Wrapped Oysters.

I flipped them twice and they turned out well.  I was hoping to use the bacon grease to back cookies in, but it smelled fishy like oysters.  Too bad.

Cooked Bacon Wrapped Oysters.

Ate them with white rice and topped with wasabi mayo.  I had some with FarmBoy garlic sauce too.  Both sauces work with the oysters.
